Surface Cleaning (“labsfree”) – LA

• Silicons and other adhesive-repelling substances are completely removed.
• After this process, the cleaned parts are definitely “labsfree”.
• This method can be used for all compounds except MVQ and MFQ.
• O-rings that get in contact with paint or are installed in paint facilities have to be “labsfree”.

Fluoroelastomer Coating – FL

• Fluoroelastomer coatings create a flexible, thin coat, which significantly reduces the coefficient of friction.
• Please note: This method can only be used for NBR and EPDM compounds.
• This treatment helps avoid sticking and improves separation.
